As part of running your Pay-Per-Lead campaigns, we send a small set of automated messages to leads on your behalf from our CRM system. This article lists what we send, when we send it, and where replies go.
The automated touch-points we send leads from our CRM system
Every lead generated through our campaigns typically receives:
Survey / form submission confirmation — sent immediately when a lead completes an ad form, thanking them and telling them what to expect next
Appointment booking link — for leads who didn't self-book at form-fill, an SMS/email inviting them to schedule an in-person inspection
Appointment confirmation — sent immediately when a lead books, confirming date/time/location
Appointment reminders — sent in the lead-up to the scheduled visit (typically 24 hours before and 1 hour before)
These messages are sent using your brand name — the lead sees them as coming from your business.
Where lead replies go
Important: When a lead replies to any of these messages — including cancellations, reschedule requests, or questions — the reply lands in the My Local Ads CRM, not in your own inbox or downstream CRM.
Two ways to see replies in real time
Web: Log in to app.mylocalads.co and check the Conversations tab
Mobile: Download the LeadConnector app (iOS or Android). Notifications reach you the moment a lead replies.
If you're using your own CRM via webhook
If we're pushing leads into your own CRM via webhook, only the initial lead payload is pushed — subsequent conversations (replies, reschedules, cancellations) stay in the MLA CRM. Two options:
Check the MLA CRM alongside your own system, or
Ask us about extending the webhook to push conversation events too (requires additional integration setup)
Can I turn these messages off?
The core touchpoints (form-fill confirmation, appointment confirmation, appointment reminders) are part of our standard delivery — they meaningfully improve show rates and reduce no-shows.
