Can I export my lead data when I leave My Local Ads?

Yes. If you end your Pay-Per-Lead participation (or we do), we'll provide a one-time export of your lead and opportunity data from the My Local Ads CRM as a courtesy.

How to request the export

Email [email protected] and ask for an off-boarding data export. Include your account information.

What's included

  • Your contacts / leads delivered through Pay-Per-Lead

  • Your opportunity pipeline data

Format, scope, and timing are at our reasonable discretion — typically a CSV.

What's note included

  • Your TCPA compliance certificates may not be included or may no longer be accessible

A note about how you can use the exported data

Receiving the export doesn't change your data-handling obligations. You can use it to follow up on the consumer's original inquiry, but you can't:

  • Sell, transfer, or disclose the data to third parties

  • Use it for any purpose other than servicing the original inquiry

  • Add the contacts to unrelated marketing lists
