From time to time we update the Terms of Service. When the changes are material, we'll ask you to confirm them.
How you'll be asked to accept and review our updated Terms of service
You'll receive an email (and sometimes an SMS) from us with a link to review the updated Terms and a button or checkbox to confirm acceptance. The message will include a brief summary of changes.
Clicking the acceptance link, checking the box, or replying to confirm — any of these counts as your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If acceptance is not received prior to the new effective date, continuation of the service after the effective date will constitute acceptance of the new terms of service.
We use the same kind of click-through acceptance you'd see from any major online service to update their terms of service from time to time.
What you should do
Click the link in the email or SMS.
Review the updated Terms in full. We recommend it.
Confirm acceptance.
Acceptance is automatically assumed with continuation of the service by the effective date.
You don't need to sign a new contract or paperwork — the electronic confirmation is sufficient under federal and Florida e-signature law.
What if I don't respond?
Continued non-response while our service is actively used results in acceptance of the updated terms by the effective date. If you repeatedly don't confirm within a reasonable period, we may pause your access to the Platform or your Pay-Per-Lead service until consent is provided. Continued and repeated non-response to terms updates may result in termination.
What is the difference between Terms of Service and Master Service Agreement?
There is no difference. Your Master Service Agreement with My Local Ads LLC contains the same information as our Terms of Services page. Your Master Service Agreement PDF is just the legally binding contract document we issue, including your signature, defined commitment period, and similar.
Where can I see the full Terms?
The live Terms of Service are at https://start.mylocalads.co/terms-of-service. Or review your Master Service Agreement (PDF) which you receive when signing up for My Local Ads' services. If you can't find your Master Service Agreement (PDF; document) please contact [email protected] for assistance.
