Whether you're a roofer, remodeler, concrete, or general contractor, we help you scale faster by delivering exclusive leads straight to your email inbox within seconds.
1) What you'll pay
Setup Fee: $2,500 one-time, paid at sign-up. Non-refundable.
Per-Lead Charges (Standard Rate β 3-month minimum):
In-Person Inspection Booked Lead: $85
Form Fill Inquiry Lead: $35
Phone Call Lead: $35
Discounted Rates are available with longer commitments:
6-month commitment: $75 / $25 / $25
12-month commitment: $65 / $15 / $15
Ad budget: Minimum $2,500/month, paid by you directly to the ad platform (Google, Meta, etc.).
Agency fee cap: Our agency fee is capped at 100% of either your actual ad spend OR your committed monthly budget β whichever is higher.
2) Apply to join us

Additional business information to help us make sure we are a good fit for you.
Please note: Your application will be reviewed in seconds. We require you to confirm your application. Click 'Confirm Application' in your application confirmation email to confirm your application. If you qualify, and confirm your application, your application will be approved.
3) Get approved & start onboarding
Once you have confirmed your application and you are approved, we will ask you to confirm your onboarding:
Confirm your Dedicated Ad Budget (the amount you'll spend on ads each month β $2,500/mo minimum)
Add up to 3 additional recipients for lead notifications
Choose your Commitment Period β 3 months (Standard Rate), 6 months (Discounted Rate), or 12 months (Best Rate)
Please note: The onboarding process only takes a few seconds. You will have access to the onboarding form after you have confirmed your application. At onboarding, you'll pay your one-time $2,500 Setup Fee. Ad spend is paid directly by you to Google, Meta, etc. β we don't collect ad budget. Lead charges are invoiced after we deliver leads (postpaid, bi-weekly by default).
4) Day 1 action items after signup
Once you've signed up and completed your initial onboarding form, here's what you need to do on Day 1 so we can launch your campaigns quickly.
Tip: These four items are what we ask for in your welcome email. Completing them all on Day 1 typically shortens time-to-launch by several business days.
1. Complete the Google Ads onboarding form
You'll receive a link to our Google onboarding form in your welcome email. This gives us the information we need to set up your Google Ad campaigns.
2. Complete the Facebook (Meta) Ads onboarding form
You'll also receive a link to our Facebook onboarding form. This gives us the information we need to set up your Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
3. Grant us access to your Google Business Profile
We send a secure share-access link (via Leadsie) for your Google Business Profile in your welcome email. Click the link and grant our team access. This lets us manage and optimize your GBP alongside your ad campaigns.

4. Add your payment method on the ad platforms
Because you pay ad platforms (Google, Meta) directly for ad spend, your card must be on file with each platform before we can launch campaigns. See our article on updating your payment method for step-by-step instructions.
Common launch delay: Missing payment method on Google or Meta is the most common reason campaigns can't go live on the scheduled day. Please prioritize this.

5) Go live & start receiving leads
After your payment and service area are confirmed, our team will go ahead and launch your campaign. This process usually takes 24-48 hrs.

Qualified leads are delivered through the My Local Ads CRM if you've purchased full CRM access, or via email to up to 3 addresses if you haven't.
6) After launch (optional but recommended)
Review & dispute leads (if needed)
All leads must meet our qualification standards (valid contact, correct service area/type, no duplicates within 30 days). If a lead doesn't qualify, you can dispute it within 7 days. Approved disputes receive a credit toward future leads.

As you convert, increase your Dedicated Ad Budget to grow lead volume.
Good news: every lead we send you is already exclusive. We don't share, resell, or redistribute individual leads to other contractors. Service areas (ZIPs) themselves are not exclusive β we may run campaigns for other contractors in your trade in the same area β but no individual lead goes to anyone but you.
