If campaigns become unprofitable, we reserve the right to end your Pay-Per-Lead participation. Since billing is postpaid, there's no prepaid balance to refund — you remain responsible for any lead charges through the termination date, including the early-termination rate adjustment if it applies.
When can My Local Ads end my campaign?
We may end your Pay-Per-Lead participation immediately if:
A payment fails and isn't resolved within 5 business days of our notice.
You violate Client obligations (including reselling leads or unprofessional conduct toward our team).
You misuse the lead dispute process.
We may also end your participation at our sole discretion with 30 days' written notice — for example, if the campaign becomes unprofitable.
Important: If we end your participation at our own discretion (the 30-day-notice case), the early-termination rate adjustment does not apply. You keep your discounted rate.
We confirm any termination by email to your account email on record. Your account email is the email you used during your sign-up.

When your participation ends, we'll provide a one-time export of your lead and opportunity data from the MLA CRM if you request it. Just email [email protected].
