After your initial 3-month minimum commitment, you can end your Pay-Per-Lead participation at any time by sending written notice to [email protected].
Leads already in the delivery pipeline will still be delivered and billed in the next invoice.
The $2,500 Setup Fee is non-refundable.
If you elected a 6-month or 12-month commitment at the discounted rate and cancel before it ends, an early-termination rate adjustment applies (see below).
What if I cancel during a 6-month or 12-month commitment?
6-month and 12-month commitments unlock a discounted per-lead rate. The discount is conditional — if you cancel before the commitment ends, your previously delivered leads are re-priced retroactively at the Standard Rate, and you pay the difference.
This adjustment is capped at the last 120 days of lead deliveries. If you cancel more than 120 days into your commitment, only your most recent 120 days of leads count toward the difference.
