Please file your lead dispute by forwarding the lead notification email you received to [email protected] and include the reason for the dispute.
NOTE: Lead disputes are only permissible within 7 days after you received the lead, and disputes may or may not be approved at the discretion of My Local Ads.
IMPORTANT: You must include uniquely identifiable lead information (ie. email / phone / leadID) in your dispute request, otherwise we may not consider your request for dispute. Please make sure to review our Support documentation and Terms of service before submitting lead disputes.
