The Off-Season Advantage Program!

  1. Eligibility.

    The Account Freeze option is available solely to customers with an active advertising service subscription of no less than three (3) consecutive months. Participation is limited to one (1) freeze per calendar year and may not be combined with any other discounts, credits, or promotional offers.

  2. Request and Approval.

    Customers must submit a freeze request via https://start.mylocalads.co/account-freeze. Approved freezes take effect at the commencement of the next billing cycle and shall apply for the period selected—thirty (30), sixty (60), or ninety (90) days—within the program period of November 1 through January 31.

  3. Effect of Freeze.

    During the freeze period, all advertising management activities shall be suspended. Access to CRM systems, tracking, landing pages, and support shall remain available. Monthly service fees shall continue at the applicable reduced rate:

    • 30 days – 50% of monthly service fee;

    • 60 days – 60% of monthly service fee;

    • 90 days – 70% of monthly service fee;

    • All percentage-based advertising budget fees and ad spend charges shall be waived.

  4. Reactivation.

    Accounts shall automatically resume normal service and billing upon expiration of the elected freeze period. No reactivation fee shall apply.

  5. Limitations.

    Prepaid amounts are non-refundable. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny or revoke participation in the Account Freeze program in cases of misuse, misrepresentation, or bad faith.
