1. What it costs

A flat $250/month Freeze Fee, billed monthly in advance. The Freeze Fee is non-refundable. Available year-round — no seasonal window or annual freeze limit.

2. How to request a freeze

3. What freeze preserves

Your ad campaigns (paused, not deleted)

Your ad accounts in good standing

4. What freeze does NOT preserve

Lead delivery — no new leads are delivered during the freeze

Locked-in pricing for the future

Guarantees about advertising platform behavior

5. Ad spend during freeze

Ad campaigns must be paused and your ad budget must be $0. The $2,500/month minimum ad budget is waived during the freeze. Running ads during a freeze is a material breach — grounds for immediate termination, and any leads from the breach period will be invoiced at the Standard Rate (no discounted rate).

6. Resuming after freeze

Normal service resumes when the freeze ends. There's no new Setup Fee to resume.
