Connect RoofQuote PRO™ to Leap by generating an API token in Leap’s Developer settings, pasting it under RoofQuote PRO → Developer → Leap Integration, and instantly sync leads, quotes, and project details into your Leap workflow.

Overview

Automatically send your RoofQuote PRO™ lead data to Leap (Job Progress) account through this direct integration.

Instructions

  1. Login to your Leap account, go to Settings > Developer

  2. Click "Generate Token"

  3. Name your Access Token, e.g. 'ROOFLE'

  4. Click 'Copy to Clipboard' to copy the long string
    ​

  5. Connect your RoofQuote PRO account using your Leap Access Token

    1. Login to your RoofQuote PRO portal

    2. Find the Settings (gear) icon and select Developer from the menu

    3. Find the Leap integration and click 'Connect Account'

    4. In the popup, paste the API Token that you just copied

    5. Click 'Save & Continue'

  6. Select the 'Initial Workflow Stage' you want your leads to be entered in Leap

  7. Click 'Save' to complete the integration connection

  8. Test out the connection

    1. Create a new test lead using the Rep Quotes tool

    2. In your Leap account, find and open the new lead record

      1. All contact information

      2. The lead will be in the stage that was configured when connecting your account

      3. Aerial image of the structures used for the instant quote

      4. PDF of the quote uploaded to docs

      5. Products and pricing shown in Job Notes
