Order job materials and track delivery with ease using Roof Quote PRO™
Requirements
- Roof Quote PRO™ active subscription 
- QXO account (with at least one branch and template for roofing orders) 
REQUIRED: Connect Your QXO Account and associate Roof Quote PRO markets with QXO branches.
RECOMMENDED: Set up formulas and associate with products. Orders can still be placed without formulas set up, but quantities need to be entered manually.
NOTE: Before starting your order check for a completed EagleView Premium Report or GAF QuickMeasure. These are used to auto-populate product quantities using measurement data.
- Log in to your portal 
- In the dashboard, find the contact you’ll be ordering for and open their details. 
- To start an order, switch to the Orders tab. Then select Order Materials 
 
- Add a PO reference for this order. Click Next or the Measurements tab to continue. 
- Measurements will automatically populate from EagleView or GAF QuickMeasure. If no EagleView or GAF QuickMeasure were loaded, it will rely on the measurements from the Instant Quote. 
- Set your waste factor, number of penetrations, ice and water (if needed), and decking (if needed) 
- Click Next or click the Material Template tab to continue 
- Select which QXO Template to use and your items will automatically show suggested quantities based on the measurements & your formulas 
- From here, you have several actions you can take: - Change variations such as product color and size 
- Adjust the quantity for each item 
- Verify the formula used to calculate the quantity 
- Exclude items from your order & hide excluded items 
- Verify products in-stock (can still be included if out of stock as your QXO branch will check the product availability with nearby branches.) 
 
- When your order looks good, click Next or click the Delivery Info tab to continue 
- Select from Ship to Address or In-Store Pickup 
- Select a date at least 24 hours in advance and a preferred time of day 
- Add Order Notes 
- Click Next or click the Review Order tab to continue 
- If everything looks correct, click Create Order to submit your order to QXO 
- Once an order has been placed, you’ll be able to track its status and delivery. If you need to make changes, contact your QXO branch for assistance. 
- All orders including drafts can be found in the My Orders section
