How to enable Twilio or Tracking Phone Numbers for Voice AI?

Active AI Employee subscription required.

Twilio numbers appear automatically in Phone &amp; Availability when creating or editing an agent.

Go to Voice AI → Create/Edit Agent.

In Phone &amp; Availability, select your Twilio or tracking phone number from the dropdown.

Save and test by calling the selected number

2. In Phone &amp; Availability, select your Twilio or tracking phone number from the dropdown.
3. Save and test by calling the selected number

Twilio or tracking phone numbers can be used for Voice AI by selecting them in the "Phone & Availability" section when creating or editing an agent. Save and test the configuration by calling the selected number.
