How to enable Twilio Numbers for Voice AI?

Active AI Employee subscription required.

Twilio numbers appear automatically in Phone &amp; Availability when creating or editing an agent.

Go to Voice AI → Create/Edit Agent.

In Phone &amp; Availability, select your Twilio number from the dropdown.

Save and test by calling the selected number

2. In Phone &amp; Availability, select your Twilio number from the dropdown.
3. Save and test by calling the selected number

Twilio numbers can be used for Voice AI by selecting them in the "Phone & Availability" section when creating or editing an agent. Save and test the configuration by calling the selected number.
