We have added support for Twilio numbers for Voice AI Agents, allowing calls to be routed through your Twilio account seamlessly.
How to enable Twilio Numbers for Voice AI?
- Active AI Employee subscription required. 
- Twilio numbers appear automatically in Phone & Availability when creating or editing an agent. 
How to use?
- Go to Voice AI β Create/Edit Agent. 
- In Phone & Availability, select your Twilio number from the dropdown. 
- Save and test by calling the selected number
