There are two options to download your Phone Call Recordings:
- Export for individual phone calls 
- Bulk export for filtered phone calls 
Option 1
Watch this video to learn how to download recorded inbound and outbound phone calls from your My Local Ads CRM Account:
Download your phone calls from your Call Reporting dashboard under 'Reporting > Call Reporting'
Download your phone calls from your Conversations dashboard under 'Conversations'
Final Step To Download Your Call Recording:
Click on the last button in your audio player to open the download window.
Option 2
To Download Phone Calls In Bulk, Use The Filters & Download Button In The Top-Right Of Your Screen:
Make sure to set your filters accordingly before downloading your Phone Calls. Helpful filters would be:
- Select 'All Calls', or select a specific tracking phone number that you would like to download Phone Calls from.
- Set Date Range.
- Choose any additional 'Filters' to make sure you download the right Phone Calls.
