Overview
Automatically send your RoofQuote PRO™ lead data to JobNimbus account through this direction integration.
Instructions
Login to your JobNimbus account
Navigate to the user icon (top right of screen) and select Settings from the dropdown menu
On the Settings page, expand the Integrations section and select API
Click on the New API Key button
This will create a new line below any existing API Keys. Next you will need to provide a Description and Access Profile
For Description, you can name it "Roofle" or "RoofQuote PRO". The name can be entered directly into this field if it doesn't already exist in your list of descriptions.
For Access Profile, choose Admin
Click the Save button
Use the Copy button next to your newly created API Key
Next, login to your RoofQuote PRO portal
Find the Settings (gear) icon and select Developer from the menu
On the JobNimbus integration tile and click 'Connect Account'
In the JobNimbus pop up menu, paste in the copied API token/key.
Click Save & Continue
On the Contact Details tab, specify any applicable fields to fit your contact workflow. You have the option to edit the following:
Contact Workflow Name
Contact Workflow Status Name
Lead Source Name
Job Workflow Name
Instant Quote
Once satisfied, click Save
Complete! All RoofQuote PRO lead data will be sent to JobNimbus moving forward.
