AccuLynx Integration

Integrate **AccuLynx** with **Roof Quote PRO™** by creating and connecting a webhook URL in AppConnections to automatically sync new leads and manage market data directly within your AccuLynx account.

  • Roof Quote PRO™ active subscription

  • AccuLynx account

  • Admin user access

Overview

Automatically send your RoofQuote PRO™ lead data to AccuLynx account through this direction integration.

HEADS UP! This process will require you to have access to the Market & AppConnections sections in your AccuLynx account.

Instructions

  1. Login to your AccuLynx account.

  2. In the top line toolbar, hover over Market and select AppConnections

  3. On the AppConnections page, scroll down and select the RoofQuote PRO® tile

  4. Next click, Get Connected

  5. On the Manage Connection slideout, select Create Webhook.
    ​

  6. Provide a name for the Webhook URL (e.g., "ROOFLE") and add a Lead Source for the URL (optional)

    1. You also have the option to create a new Lead Source on this page if needed.

  7. Once all fields have been filled, click Create Webhook URL

  8. The webhook has now been created. Verify that all RoofQuote PRO markets have been included. Scroll down within the Manage Connection slideout and look for the RoofQuote PRO Market(s) section

    1. If you need to toggle any off/on, click Edit Markets. Then check the applicable boxes. Once complete, click Save.

  9. Next click Copy under the Active Webhook URL section

  10. Next, login to your RoofQuote PRO portal

  11. Find the Settings (gear) icon and select Developer from the menu

  12. On the AccuLynx integration tile and click 'Connect Account'

  13. In the AccuLynx pop up, expand the Webhooks section

  14. Paste in the copied AccuLynx URL.

    1. Remember to remove the https:// at the beginning of the URL as it's already been added on ROOFLE's end.

  15. Click Save.

  16. Test out the connection

    1. Create a new test lead using the Rep Quotes tool

    2. In your AccuLynx account, find and open the new lead record. Unless you have automations already in place, this lead will show up in your Unassigned Leads.

  17. Complete!

NOTE: Only 5 sub accounts are allowed to integrate with Roof Quote PRO
