How to Delete Users

If your team changes, you can deactivate or delete users from your RoofQuote PRO™ portal in order to revoke access.

Requirements:

  • Roof Quote PRO™ active subscription

  • Admin user access

Instructions:

  1. To start, login to your portal and look for the Profile icon.

  2. Choose Company Profile from the pop up menu.

  3. On the Company Profile page, find the person you want to delete within your list of users

  4. Click the Status button from their line item and choose either Deleted or Deactivated from the dropdown. Both will revoke access to your company's account.

  5. Complete! You have now disabled a user from using your account.
