How to Edit the Thank You Screen

Requirements:

  • Roof Quote PRO™ active subscription

  • Admin user access

Overview:

Customize the Thank You Screen on your widget to reintroduce yourself to the potential client and direct them further down your lead funnel.

Instructions:

  1. To start, login to your portal and go to the Settings tab.

  2. Choose General from the menu. This will take you to the Widget Settings page.

  3. Select Thank You Screen from the Feature dropdown menu.

  4. Edit the Title (50-character max length).

    1. By default, the text is "Great Choice!"

  1. Swap out the default open envelope icon for uploaded media (picture or video)

    1. Videos: 200MB max size

    2. Pictures: 15MB max size (PNG, JPG, or JPEG formats only)

  2. Edit the Subtitle (240-character max)

    1. This section has the ability to contain hyperlinks or bulleted/numbered lists.

  3. Edit Button Text & URL

    1. By default, this text is "Back to Products" with no URL listed.

  4. Toggle Show Other Products off/on

  5. Save your changes.

PRO TIP: Leverage the use of the button on this screen to send potential clients further down your lead funnel. This could be a scheduling link for onsite inspection, pre-approval financing link (if not utilizing ContractorLoan PRO™), or even a secondary fill form for more details.
