How Do I Know If I Got A New Lead?

Whenever a new phone call lead is generated, Users receive multiple notifications.

Default Setup

  1. Email Notifications: Users receive email alerts. Please make sure to check your spam folder in case you don’t see our emails, and mark emails as ‘Not Spam’.

  2. In-App Notifications: Users logged into our Mobile Application, receive in-app notification.

Additional Option

  1. SMS Notifications: Users can also receive SMS notifications to their phone (if requested, contact [email protected]).

In case notifications do not reach you (after checking spam and your inboxes), please log into app.mylocalads.co and visit your profile settings to ensure that your user profile information, including your email and phone number, is updated correctly.

Pro Tip: Never rely 100% on notifications to check on your leads. Make sure to frequently visit your CRM account to monitor your lead flow. Visit "Contacts" and "Opportunities" sections in your CRM account to monitor your lead flow. To log into your CRM account, visit app.mylocalads.co.
