What Is The Onboarding Process With My Local Ads Based On The Service Purchased?

Onboarding For My Local Ads Advertising Service

This onboarding process applies to any of My Local Ads' advertising services (ie. Facebook Ads, Google Search Ads, Google Local Service Ads and similar). The entire onboarding & setup process for our advertising service usually takes 5-15 business days.

  1. Complete sign-up & initial payment (depends on your plan!). During the sign-up process, we will ask you to sign our master services agreement. Talk to our sales representatives if you need help here!

  2. Complete onboarding form. You should have received a link to complete your onboarding in your email. Please check spam/junk.

  3. Book your kick-off call after completing your onboarding form. Our team will make sure that everything is 100% to your liking before we launch your Ad campaign.

  4. Depending on advertising platform requirements, we may ask you for additional steps or information to complete your onboarding.

  5. Launch ads! If everything is set up & approved, our team will go ahead and launch your ad campaign(s).

Onboarding For My Local Ads CRM Software

We do not require onboarding for the My Local Ads CRM. You can start your free trial at any time, and create your account. For technical assistance & training materials, please use our Help Center at support.mylocalads.co.

Onboarding For Roof Quote PRO (Roofle) Software

This onboarding process applies to Roof Quote PRO (Roofle) purchases. The entire onboarding & setup process for Roof Quote PRO takes about 1-3 business days.

  1. Complete sign-up & start your subscription. Talk to our sales representatives if you need help here!

  2. Roof Quote PRO login credentials are not sent immediately to you. You will receive login credentials via email within a few hrs after signup. Please check spam/junk.

  3. Book your kick-off call with us if needed. Not required.

  4. Once your initial setup and your product catalog are completed, your Roof Quote PRO onboarding is completed.

NOTE: Our team will complete branding, widget, and general settings setup for you, however we will not be able to set up products, prices, and similar on your behalf!
