Billing For Pay-Per-Lead Advertising
You commit to a Dedicated Ad Budget (what you'll spend on ads each month). $2,500/month minimum advertising budget is required at all times.
Lead charges are postpaid — we invoice you after leads are delivered, not before.
The default invoice cadence is bi-weekly (every 14 days). You can elect monthly billing in writing at enrollment.
A one-time $2,500 Setup Fee is charged on the day you sign up. It covers campaign build-out, funnel setup, and onboarding. The Setup Fee is non-refundable unless you've agreed to specific refund contingencies with us in writing.
Invoices may be sent to you via Stripe by [email protected].
We cap our agency fees at 100% of the higher of:
your actual ad spend, OR
your committed monthly ad budget.
If your accrued lead charges hit the cap, or your ad spend hits your committed budget for the month, we automatically pause your campaigns until the start of the next calendar month. We'll notify you when this happens.

Wait for the next month — campaigns resume automatically.
Pay outstanding fees in full and request a resume in writing.
Approve a cap waiver (in writing or verbally) — for the current month only or ongoing until you revoke it.

Billing For Additional CRM Usage Charges
The My Local Ads service requires a valid credit card or debit card on file at all times with My Local Ads and Google's Advertising products. Service requires a minimum $10 credit balance to cover SMS/Call/Email Rates. SMS/Call/Email Rates are non-refundable. A $10 credit balance gets charged automatically when first phone call is received. The credit balance gets restored with a $10 credit balance when the balance of your SaaS Wallet (Settings > Company Billing) reaches $0 again:
