Integrate To Receive Lead Submission Data Via Webhook

My Local Ads offers advertising customers (ie pay-per-lead service) the ability to receive new lead and appointment submission data via a Webhook integration.
To complete this request, our team requires a written request, including a working Webhook URL, sent to [email protected].
What's needed:
Our team requires a working Webhook URL, provided by the customer's team. At no additional cost, our team will handle the My Local Ads CRM configuration to share lead information via the Webhook whenever a new lead or appointment signup happens.
Turnaround: 1-3 business days; does not include maintenance and error handling for webhook.
IMPORTANT: Using Webhooks to push lead / appointment submission data into other CRM / PM systems DOES NOT REPLACE THE MY LOCAL ADS CRM SYSTEM. The CRM's Calendar, Conversation, and Pipeline features may still have to be used / checked frequently to properly manage leads, appointments, and share performance updates with the My Local Ads team. Also, the My Local Ads team does not setup the receiving end of the customer Webhook (ie. the automation setup required to generate the Webhook URL and to catch the Webhook data / payload and to map the data into your system(s)). Therefore, we only recommend this setup for teams that already have a development team, or for teams that already have an established lead-intake process via Webhooks using existing Webhook URLs.

Integrate 3rd-Party Software Tools Via The CRM API-Key

Each My Local Ads' CRM account has their own unique API-key which can be used to integrate with 1,000s of 3rd party applications using coding tools, or no-code API integration/automation tools such as Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), and similar.
To view & copy the API-key, login to your My Local Ads CRM account > visit 'Settings' > visit 'Business Information > the API-key is securely located within the 'Company Data' section > Copy the API-key.
Create a support ticket if help is required with a custom integration at [email protected].
Do not ever share your API-key as this can be used to abuse your My Local Ads CRM account.
